I have successfully collaborated with several large corporations such as Danone, Ericsson, Shell, Publicis Groupe, CPI and Grundfos so far.

"András was my expert mentor who understood how low I was feeling and knew exactly what I was talking about. He helped me to make a change in my career while also changing myself, to understand myself better, and how not to burn out for the third time. His direct style and reflections took me forward every time we met. I had some serious realizations that shaped my thoughts between sessions.
If you feel the need for change but find it difficult to embark on your journey alone or are unsure of which direction to take, don't hesitate to seek help! I finally found someone who provides professional coaching online on workplace well-being and work-life balance issues."

"After experiencing burnout previously, I began to feel "hopeless" about my career again before starting to work with András. I had tried seeking help from other professionals before, but I was never able to connect with anyone like I did with him.
We immediately found common ground. Despite struggling to articulate my problem at first, he quickly understood the situation and the underlying causes.
András helped me discover my strengths and motivations, which allowed me to develop a career plan that inspires and motivates me to put in the necessary work every day.
In addition to his expertise, András is also a true companion in this work, which is essential for a person to truly open up.”

about
I never bet on the champions. I root for the underdog. What excites me is when someone overcomes their difficulties to grow and achieve success. It's thrilling for me to be able to help someone in that process.
Every low point and crisis presents an opportunity for renewal. We can only bear suffering if we give it meaning. In my life, the opportunity for growth is my driving force.
With 25 years of diverse international work and leadership experience, over 180+ individual clients, 1500+ coaching consultation hours, and a few serious burnouts behind me, I support you in making the changes necessary to create a life that feels good to you.
For (too) many years, I worked as an economist for Fortune 500 companies, mostly in leadership positions.
Since 2019, I have been working as a consultant, coach and employee wellbeing expert with special focus on mental health, helping my clients navigate the changing world of today. I have worked with many international corporations, supporting top executives in their professional and personal development.
I believe in evolution and gradual development. Every sudden change is preceded by a long, deep internal process. This was true for me as well.
I have an International Business MA from Anglia Ruskin University. I studied intercultural management, international leadership competencies, decision-making, and other business-related subjects.
I earned a professional certificate from the University of California, Berkeley in employee wellbeing and studied Positive psychology and mental health at the University of Sydney. In 2023 I’ve earned an Organizational Psychology MicroMaster certificate from the University of Canterbury.
During my time at ExxonMobil, GE, and Johnson & Johnson, I participated in numerous leadership and coaching programs in Hungary, UK and Switzerland.
